Since the industrial revolution, societies looked to fossil fuels as a primary source for energy production. While fossil fuels contributed to the technological advancement and quality of life of societies, pollution and climate change emerged over the years as an unwanted biproduct. For much of history, people have lived in harmony with the natural environment. However, with the introduction and proliferation of various advanced technologies, synthetic products, emitting energy sources, industrialization, intense resource extraction, and rapid urbanization, the health of the flora and fauna that comprise the natural environment has been in a state of instability and decline. At FIA, we believe that it is important to live in unison with nature, and as such, we provide project management and consulting services on projects with an environmental component, including Environmental Assessments ("EA"), Environmental Site Assessments ("ESA"), and environmental policy analysis and development.

This is where FIA’s Principals come into play – we have experience in acting as the owner representative to help our clients plan and manage their construction projects.  FIA wants the client to focus on what they need to do in their day-to-day life and leave the project management to us.  FIA brings over 18 years of experience in project management in construction and can apply this to any type of construction project.  The focus is the people of the project and achieving the clients’ goals, while at the same time paying attention to detail and delivering the project on time and on budget.  Projects have included those as small as a $30,000 home renovation to being part of a team on a $300,000,000 office tower.
